This notice explains which of your personal data are processed when you use the FabricAR mobile application and the services at fabricar.app, why they are processed, with whom they are shared, and what your rights are.
It has been prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Authentication is performed through the Supabase Auth infrastructure. Your password never reaches us in plain text and cannot be seen by us. When you sign in with Google, you enter your password at Google; we only receive the authentication result and your e-mail address.
Important — accessibility of generated images: So that the sharing and download features can work, dressing results are stored at a link address that is hard to guess but publicly accessible. Anyone who knows this address can view the image. Please keep this in mind when sharing the link to an image generated from your own room photo. These links are not indexed by search engines and are not listed inside the application.
If you fill in the "Become Our Partner" form: company name, phone, city, district and the explicit consent record you give are processed. This form is entirely optional; you can use all features of the application without filling it in.

Dressing images and assistant replies are generated using the Google Gemini artificial intelligence service. This means the following data are transmitted to Google for processing:
These data are sent only to fulfil your request. Requests are forwarded through our own server, not directly from the application; our API key is not on your device.
Google states that it does not use these data to train its own models in enterprise API usage. For Google's data processing terms: ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms
All data are stored on the Supabase infrastructure, on servers in the Frankfurt (Germany, European Union) region. During artificial intelligence processing, data may be transferred to Google's servers; this transfer may go outside Türkiye and the EU.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and the GDPR, you have the following rights:
You can permanently delete your account yourself from within the application via Profile → Delete My Account (Turkish interface: Profil → Hesabımı Sil). Deletion cannot be undone and covers:
Shared images generated with catalogue sofas and catalogue fabrics are not deleted, because they contain no personal data and are served in common to all users; however, the link between them and you is removed and they are no longer recorded as yours.
You can send your requests to info@fabricar.app. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.

You can revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings. When a permission is not granted, the related feature does not work; the rest of the application keeps working.
FabricAR is not intended for persons under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we notice that a child's data are being processed, we delete them.
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, notification is made to the competent authorities and to affected users in accordance with the KVKK and the GDPR.
This policy may be updated. When there is a significant change, users are informed within the application and the "last updated" date at the top of the page changes.
